MAKRO DOES NOT REFUND EVEN IF THEY FAIL TO SUPPLY
I ordered a fridge online, on 20th November 2023, it was never delivered, i cancelled the order on 17th January 2024, a tele consultant told me it was under investigation and they would refund.
today 21st February 2023, still no refund and the call center ladies keep talking of excalating
