Makro does not keep promises on refunds.

OD*** was ordered on 7 Jan, Never delivered, Still no refund received. If this is how you want to treat clients by keeping there money even after you said you will do a refund. When calling help desk we get told we must wait 7 - 14 days for refund. Today is 27 Jan , more than 14 days and still waiting.
