Makro does not honour 7 days return policy.

I asked sales person Shaun at Makro store at Carnival Mall for Microsoft Office with an Outlook. He said he have what i need and send a lady to get it for me. She gave me the wrong Office package Home student Office. When at home I only realized the Office does not include Outlook and is the wrong office. I went back 2 days after purchase and talked to manager Vincent and her immediately refused to refund. I did not use the office. I did not even scratch the card to open security code. Now I am having an unused Microsoft Office Home student I am unable to use.

This is very poor service from Makro as anything not used and purchased can be returned within 7 days after purchase. I need a refund from Makro and will return the unused office.
