Makro does not have customer service - NONE

I have bought some stuff from Makro Online. This is now 4 weeks i am waiting, the courier (Dawn Wing/dpd laser) just delivered my stuff somewhere else and now they just don't care. I send Makro 5 emails per day, they just do not respond. Makro must please rename their "Customer Service" to "Though luck no service"
