MAKRO DOES NOT FULFILL THEIR OBLIGATIONS
I bought two of the same Canon printers on the same day from Makro Germiston. I have since returned one of them three times for the same issue to be resolved. Makro does not seem interested in replacing the printer or refunding it. Judging by the reviews on Hello Peter, this is the way they prefer to treat their customers. Good luck to anyone that has the same issues I've had. They've definitely lost a customer. I've cut up my loyalty / buying card.

I have now received a call stating that I must collect my repaired printer even though I've sent it back FOUR TIMES for repair previously. This has been going on for six months back and forth. I hope Makro closes down and all the employees lose their jobs. None of them return calls or listen or adhere to the C.P.A which is my next step going forward.
