Makro does not deliver on promised times
I'm very disappointed by Makro. I bought a Snomaster ice maker on 6 September 2022, and the turnaround time for delivery was stated as 2 to 5 days. Today is the 14th of September 2022 and I still don't have my ice maker. I called them yesterday and they promised to deliver by end of day yesterday (13 September 2022). Why are you making empty promises to people who spend their money on your business? I'm running a business and it's suffering now because of the incompetence of your business. Please refund my money if you can't deliver my ice maker. I've been sending endless emails and chatting with the useless Makro robot on WhatsApp. I'm honestly very angry at Makro.

I am losing a lot of money by this. Can you just refund my money since it's not good enough for you. I will find another store to buy from.
