Makro Does NOT Deliver goods purchased

Makro Online are ********! Bought a washing machine online on 30 June 2020 when I checked the status of my order on July 8th it said it has been Delivered. Funny cause I this delivery never happened. Calls go unanswered and emails return with an automated response.
