Makro does not deliver all online shopping items

I made my first online order from MAKRO. They split my order in 3 different deliveries. The first delivery came quick - no problem.

The second delivery came and one of the items was not there. I contacted support and had someone ask me all types of questions as if I would lie about not having all the items. STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED FEEDBACK ON THE MISSING ITEM I HAVE PAID FOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Third delivery came days after it was supposed too, also missing an ITEM. I even asked the courier guy to stick around while I checked the box and wrote on the delivery sheet another item was not there.

I have now paid for two items I have not received.

I AM EXTREMELY UPSET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and expect this to be sorted out immediately.
