Makro does not care shout customers

Makro is a *******. They never refund for items that are not in stock. Ots over a month now and the 2nd refund it's 2 weeks waiting. Call center agents will literally say they don't know why I haven't been refunded and I need to wait a few days. Emails are being ignored because nobody responds to them
