Makro does not care!!! Pathetic!!!

I placed an online order and simultaneously paid for the goods. My order was cancelled without requesting a cancellation for which I received a notification on 18 July 2022. I have as at 30 July not been refunded, despite various emails as well as a phone call. Makro's refund notification explicitly indicates that I will be refunded into the same bank account from which the purchase has been made....sure! Why so you not care Makro and why can something as basic as a refund not be concluded, despite my intervention? I even gave Makro the option to actually still deliver the goods, and to call it quits ....but no response or interest. Pathetic no care attitude and service!! Thank you Makro!!! You are the best.....
