MAKRO DOES NOT CARE ABOUY THE CUSTOMERS

THE WORST SERVICE AND POOR QUALITY APPLIANCES!!!!!!NEVER BUY APPLIANCES FROM MAKRO EVER!!

Bought an inverter from them in April 2022 a month later it satarted giving problem (not charging) causing us to drive to a place with power for us to continue with our work.This is not the first time we have had to return it for repair and it is still there. Ellies failed to Qc the product and Makro has stupid policies that do not favour their customer, they failed to even loan us one while our inverter was in for repairs. Who will be liable for my petrol???? ) my husband and I work from home and thought it would be convenient with the loadsheadding but now we are being inconvenienced and I KNOW THAT THE CEO HAS A GENERATOR at their home but the people bringing in the money must suffer
