Makro does NOT care

What terrible lack of customer service - I have been phoning and email for more than a week with absolutely no response from them except some lame automated email. WHERE IS MY ORDER?????????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Makro had no qualms advertising to me that I will get my order by Tuesday 11 December, and as soon as I handed over my money you completely ghost me!! Unacceptable!! The absolute worst in customer service - there is no service!!!
