Makro does not care

We bought a dstv decoder, with installation we were asked to Wright our details in a book and that people will come to install, a week passed and I called Makro I was told to call Dstv, I used my airtime to call Dstv gave us names if installers that we needed to call in Pmb when I called them they told me they dont install the without a voucher and that they dont install MVPs I called Makro again someone else told me to call Alice when I called Alice they told me they dont work with Makro because they dont have vouchers, and they gave me a number for Alex mind you this is the 2nd week now since we bought the decoder Alex promised to call me back but made the booking for installation but I have not heard from them in 2 days I am so tired of following up on this and Makro does not seem to care when we bought the decoder we were not told now we are spending our money to follow up on this issue
