Makro do not replace damaged goods
I ordered a clothes horse from Makro in Nov 2023. It was sent by The Courier Guy and it arrived damaged and unusable. The Courier Guy who caused the damage is not interested in replacing it. I contacted Makro and they just send emails acknowledging the complaint but also do nothing. Am I expected to take a R1,000 loss because of a don't-care attitude? So far Makro is useless in supplying me with a working clothes horse. It's now February and nothing has happened
