Makro do not deliver goods bought online
I placed an order on 1 June 2020 for delivery. I was told on 15 June that the items are with the courier and then that they had been delivered. I have since contacted the call centre 5 times (waiting at least 20min for an answer each time) and each time they simply say the escalating and trying to get hold of the store. The store simply do not answer their calls or emails. Now i have made payment and Makro cannot deliver or refund because no one can get hold of the store.
Yesterday i finally got feedback from Makro (all the other times no one contacts me to inform me of anything) and they told me i can now order goods for same day delivery! They cant even deliver in 40 days and counting. Do not fall for their tricks. You will buy goods that you will never see again.
