MAKRO do not buy from online store!

I would give ZERO stars but there is unfortunately no selection for a zero review. DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM THE ONLINE STORE! I purchased chair covers 3 weeks ago. I measured my chairs carefully and was sure to only select a product that Makro's website said was the correct dimensions 65cm! Product was delivered and the actual product is marked 60cm! They had it advertised WRONG on the website. I would never have ordered this product if I knew it was 60cm. Then the nightmare began, immediately I logged a return for collection and requested a refund due to the product being marked incorrectly. To date after several calls to the Makro call center by myself and my very frustrated husband, spoken to various agents Thandie and Tebogo. They refuse to collect the incorrect items citing technical issues and i must be patient. They tell you that the store the product comes from will be in contact but no one ever comes back to you. R1200 I will not let this go, and am at the point that I will go to Makro and camp outside until my money is refunded!!!!!
