Makro do not bother

Tried to return a exercise rower that I have had for 8 days and within the 8 days has already begun to squeak , their is a 14 day policy that states

Returns Policy within 14 days of delivery If an item you have purchased isn't what you had in mind or for any reason does not meet your needs or expectations, we give you 14 days to return the item for a refund. The item must be in a resalable condition so you need to have the original packaging including all attachments, accessories and documentation, and the item must be unused and in original condition.

The quality is horrible and when I returned it packed back in it's box I was told "No" equipment of this size needs to have a technician evaluate at your property so they are coming to my home too rebuild it and then inspect it for problems pack it back in the box and then refund me , no clear indication of day or time , like we are just at home between every hour waiting for them
