Makro why is the retail informing us as consumers that’ you are buying from other suppliers and that there might be issues in between purchases of online I bought a bike for my son who did very well at school etc I ordered the bike paid waited almost 2 weeks eventually the order arrives incorrect colour after I gave them the colour I’ve called even up to value express who’s the delivery company figuring this matter out nobody has answered me since I have now really not experienced great with online purchases from you and there is no pick up like you currently have my money and the bike as been collected I’ve called all avenue trying to. Get to the bottom of this it’s not even about the refund I really just want to purchase a bike that’s it
