Makro: Dissapointing Service

Bad, bad Service! Never ever buy online from Makro! I paid and ordered a display fridge on 25 November....no not 2-5 delivery days. Its already 11 days and when I eventually got through to this Dawn Couriers, they said they have still not collected the fridge from Makro and I have to call Makro. After nearly an hour holding que to get answered, I was told the couriers have collected it. What a disaster!!! Now I spend my time waiting for hours, to get help!
