Makro - Dishwasher - Extended Warranty

I am terribly disappointed in the service I am receiving from Makro. I bought a Samsung Dishwasher and took out an extended warranty. I logged a call on the 23rd May, The technician came out within two days and told me the element is damaged and he will get back to me. I have heard nothing from them unless I phone. All the agents can say is that they are so sorry.

I just expect this to be sorted out. It is now two weeks
