Makro dishwasher

I bought a dishwasher at Makro on the 27/9/19 for R7500. U could find it cheaper at another store and Makro decided it will price match. When we chatted to the sales person and manager, the deal was for the dishwasher , inclusive of the 10% as advertised in m rewards and finish washing tablet product. We had also asked if this might go on sale within the week and the answer was no. We were also not offered the finish washing tablets. The 10% in m treats did not appear and there was no feedback fro t he call centre. The dishwasher went on sale the very week for R6999 with the downing tablets and 10% mreward. Could Makro kindly assist with this as going to the store and calling the call centre is not working out.
