Makro - Disgusting Service

I am waiting for 2 refunds of items I ordered a month ago to be delivered before Christmas. I have called, emailed and WhatsApp. Am told that the refunds are with the finance department. Am told that the matters have been escalated. The lies being told is disgusting. What a horrible experience. Do not take order anything from #Makro. Disgusting service
