Makro disgusting service

I am absoultely digusted with the service that I have received from Makro online. I purchased an invereter that was the incorrect size. I logged in a return request on the 28 February2025. It is now the 25 March 2025 and they still have not collected the inverter, and to date I have not received any feedback from them. Whenever I call in to query they tell me that they are working on it. and while they work on it my money is sitting in their bank account. My advise is to be 100% sure before you buy anything from makro beacuse trying to get a refund from them is awful.
