Makro disaster!
Makro online is a disaster, once you buy your product online they seem to not care and even lie to you to get you off the phone, my fridge never arrived after waiting 9 days after after expected delivery so I need to cancel, hope I get my money back, heard it is a lengthy process. Go check out trust pilot and read some nightmare stories before you do business online with Makro.

19 Sept 2024, 15:49Why don't you ask me for my order number? Im still waiting for Makro Port Elisabith to phone me but they don't! They don't want to except my cancelation becaus my fridge is at the couriers for the last two weeks but thats not my problem , I want my money back ASAP, also your websites doesn't work properly, no tracking can be given to me and thats unprofessional.

19 Sept 2024, 16:30New horrifyin update, my cancelation will only be processed once the fridge is delivered back at Makro PE, so as a customer it seems that Im being penalized for the cancelation when its got nothing to do with me whenever the fridge is at the couriers still, my order is 11 days late!! I was promised a 7 to 14 day refund, not a refund only when the inadequate courier has delivered back!! What circus is Macro running online??
