Makro disappoints

I am so disappointed with Makro, I placed an online order on the 7th. I'm in Cape Town and when I ordered it showed product was available in Joburg North and it was an online exclusive meaning it can only be delivered to my address and not the nearest store. My order showed that it was taken by the courier from them on the 8th until I had to call them on the 14th asking about it and they told me what I ordered was out of stock and that the courier picked up something similar but not what I ordered. I asked for a refund and they said they will escalate to the third party, meaning they have already paid the third party but they didn't have what I have ordered. Above all there is no communication at all. You guys don't even deserve even the 1 star for my rating. Meaning I will get my money after the holidays as the banks are closed on public and weekends.
