MAKRO Disappoints
We purchased a product on line on 19/11/21. Order # Mak32824. Makro subsequently canceled the order because they didn't have the advertised stoc on return request #***8. We have phoned numerous times without getting a refund.Our all ref is #***. The amount is R999. We keep on being told that it has been refunded or that it will be escalated and they will get back to us. Never! Is there ***** taking place inside Makro? The service has been appalling, from advertising stock they don't have, to not refunding us to not getting back to us.
