MAKRO DISAPPOINTING SERVICE

Ordered groceries online from Makro on 15.10.2023 for R519.00 Order no MAK ***, courier charges are not payable. Unfortunately I ordered items that were out of stock BUT IT DID NOT INDICATE SO ON THE WEBSITE the system accepted my order. Now I have to pay R50.00 courier charges, because the amount dropped below the R500 level. I feel this is unfair, and I am entitled to the R50.00 courier refund.
