Makro did not deliver my microwave

I am a single mother and a new customer to Makro. I have been saving for the whole year so I can buy appliances on black Friday and have a better Christmas this year with my kids. I bought a Hisense washing machine, hisense microwave , airfryer and a kettle.

I reveived all other items beside the microwave!

I have been calling but agents at makro are lying and dropping my calls.

I am very sad R899.99 worth item . This is very big amount to me because I work very hard.

No one is reaching out to me at Makro SA

I want my microwave to be delivered as soon as possible
