Makro did me dirty

I have bought a set of pots at Makro online, made the payment and till this day I haven't received any confirmation from them. I have been calling them, What surprises me is that they do confirm that they can see my payment. They later asked me to email proof of payment which I did forward it to them, they then sent an email saying they will refund me and they are sorry for the inconvenience but I'm furiously still waiting for their communication..
