MAKRO DESERVES NO TRUST

Descriptors like lackadaisical, tardy, lazy, dishonest & insulting apply to Makro SA in spades.

Very shoddy stock controls & false advertising, extreme slowness in addressing emails or social media complaints, lies about refunds, costing clients when they have to try to fix blunders, incorrect/partial delivery addresses, general malaise & cavalier attitudes when clients have to call & a pervasive devil-may-care hubris characterise Makro. The obvious fact that they pay scant if any attention to client feedback means Makro is now relegated to supplier of last resort.

In future we will think many, many times before trusting them again or even viewing their offerings - they'll almost certainly not be true.
