MAKRO DESERVE ZERO STARS

I would give zero stars if it was an option.

Makro gave me a complimentary voucher due to taking 2 MONTHS to refund me for an item returned - and not the 7-14 days promised in their email and website. I used this voucher as part payment for another online purchase from Makro - which Makro cancelled immediately.

I received a refund of the amount paid by credit card 1 MONTH after the order was cancelled - again NOT within the 7-14 days promised.

However MAKRO refuse to reinstate the voucher used as part payment for the order that THEY CANCELLED!!!!!
