Makro delivery the worst! Online purchase and no delivery of goods!

Ordered online via the Makro website and goods paid for immediately. Got a notification from the Makro delivery service that my goods will be delivered on the 26th November 2022. Today is the 30th November and I still have not received my goods. I contacted the Makro call center and after waiting for over 10 minutes - I finally managed to speak to an agent who advised me that my goods was supposed to be delivered and that she cannot understand why delivery did not happen. Makro - please deliver my goods or refund me my money!
