Makro delivery team says phone got ****** from them on their way to deliver to me

I bought an iphone for R10 999 on the 20th of November 2024 , been waiting for the phone to be delivered since. Today 11 December 2024 MAKRO delivery driver phones to say he got ****** on his way to deliver my phone that I paid R10 999 .

Makro stores I need this resolved today!!! Now the delivery guy phones again saying I should wait for his insurance to pay him then he will pay me. I bought the phone at Makro I don’t know the delivery person. Makro deal with your employee.
