Makro Delivery Services are a nightmare

I think its about time Makro cancels online shopping as they fail to deliver. I made an order 20th July 2023.....its 10 August 2023 I still call them everyday and I get keep getting told the order is out for delivery. For such a big store its so disappointing, what happens to customers who do not have the luxury to make calls everyday to follow-up on their orders as Makro will never call nor show any worry why they have an order sitting in store for long.
