Makro delivery service from 10 to 0 ( from excellent to extremely poor)

l made a purchase online on the 1st September 2024. The app said l will receive my order on the 3rd. On that 3rd September l receive an email that to expect my order the next day 4th September. Today is the 6th and l am not getting answers. Boniswa from the WhatsApp account gave me a wrong link and immediately closed the chat. I'm still stuck, l need my order to arrive soon. My kids have suffered because some items in there are for their lunchbox.

I tried all angles of communication to reach out to makro but my affords were in vain.
