Makro delivery service and no after making assistance due to wrong information on their side

On the 4th march I order 3 items from makro online, 1 item was delivered on the 5th the second was supposed to be delivered on the 6th, I contacted the courier driver and sent location and was promised delivery but nothing was delivered, on the 7th received notification that delivery was on its way, so I spoke to courier company which gave me driver's number and asked to send live location, so I did and I phoned and confirmed with driver whom promised me that delivery would be no later than 18H30 , at about 19H00 I phoned driver again and was instructed to send location to a different driver which I did again, the parcel was delivered at 21H16 only. Today 9 march just after 12 i received a call from the courier driver that he was in hillshaven for delivery so I instructed him that I do not live in hillshaven but just 5km futher in Libanon,so the driver said he is taking the delivery back to makro as they must change the address and I can't. Just after that I checked my orders on makro and saw that they are going to refund me my money on the 17th ,so I called Makro to find out what is the problem, the customer caller told me that they have tried multiple time's to deliver but couldn't, so I asked when was the item supposed to be delivered and he rep**** today so I asked now how can he say that they couldn't find me as I have been waiting at home for deliver from Friday. After that I asked how come the driver was in hillshaven as my address is in Libanon and have never lived in hillshaven and was told that it must be a problem on system or courier side,so I explained that now because of a problem on there side I can't get the item that I bought that was on special and will have to pay R2000 rand more for an item that I ordered and paid for.
