Makro Delivery Service

I am very disappointed in the delivery service with Makro

I placed an order on the 12 of December for delivery on the 15th of December, this delivery didn't take place as the courier company attempted to deliver over the weekend, with no contact from them advising this was going to happen

On Wednesday I looked i went online to check the ETA of my delivery only to find out that the item was returned and a refund was processed with my knowledge

On Wednesday I replaced the same order and delivery was meant to take place today I called the number that was assigned and the driver advise that they dnt work for makro

I called the call center to only find out that the item was returned to the store as the driver advised that they couldn't get hold of the customer

I received no calls from the courier company to say that the delivery will take place

According to the call center my order is still at the store and not sure when they can deliver by..

I am very disappointed in makro. How can they not deliver an item to the customer ot use a courier company who doesn't know what they are doing
