Makro Delivery of Online Order
I ordered groceries online on the 23rd of February 2023 which has still not been delivered today on the 14th of March 2023. I have been phoning the customer care line every single day and the answer I get is that it will be prioritized. This is not within the service level agreement of delivery to be delivered within the 5 to 7 days a delivery that I have paid for. I would like the delivery fee to be credited.
Terrible service!!

16 Mar 2023, 08:22After my review I was phoned by Makro's call center and received an email with the details of the person/s that will do the delivery, which was supposed to happen yesterday 15th March 2023. I still have not received my order and no follow up phone call.
