Makro Delivery Nightmare
Makro is running a nonsense online store they are failing to deliver our things, since the 15th of ordering I've only received literally 1 item out of the 7 items ordered, couriers can't find anything at the store either , they don't answer their customer care line nor whatsapp or emails , only 1 agent tried to do her best but it all came to fail ,it's now the 21st the office address provided is closed, I can't even make arrangements because no one is available to assist, the other day I stayed behind at work for a good 4 hours only to find out no one is coming after having being told the delivery is on the way ,this is serious nonsense

24 Dec 2024, 08:43Nothing has been solved ,on Sunday I was told delivery would be made yesterday courier will contact me ,no communication whatsoever I am still waiting.

20 Jan 2025, 19:57That's nonsense the store canceled my order and it still didn't reflect on my profile until I directly called the store and demanded an email of proof which took another week to even get a refund email.
