Makro delivery needs to do better

Their delivery service can learn a thing or two from Takealot!

I ordered something and they sent me the wrong size. First they delivered late, and then took almost two months to collect the item for Return. Numerous calls and emails and their WhatsApp line which is UTTERLY USELESS!! I travelled from one province to another, and back with the ****** thing. Hoping and praying it will be collected. Heck I even begged to drop it off at Makro but noooo "Third-party seller" bs.

After almost 3 months, it has been collected and of course, I'm still waiting for the world to come to an end in order for me to get my refund! 🙄🚮
