MAKRO DELIVERY ISSUE!! 😡

I ordered on the 25th July’24 my order was split into two, 1st order was delivered on the 1st of August.

I have been waiting for my order since, I have tried all forms contacting them that is call, email with no reply.

I phoned 4 times today spoke with Tebogo, Akhona, Boitumelo and Zandile and they said they will escalate the matter to the store that’s nothing new since last week.

I have tried to track it and still says “ORDER PACKED” since 28th July, I am so angry with how Makro is treating me seriously. I want my order delivered ASAP!!!

I am no more buying from them again!!!😡😡😡
