Makro delivery is sucking
I made an order on 13 Sept 2022, it was processed and packed on the 13th of September. Its been waiting for a courier since the 13th. I called Makro to get them to arrange the courier to deliver because its been sitting packed for 4 days now and when i called they said they would escalate it. Its still sitting on a shelf packed with no delivery scheduled yet. In the mean time im sitting with a problem and need the device i ordered.

19 Sept 2022, 12:36I recevied the device which i am thankful for, but theres no power supply and it said on the box no power supply included yet you guys failed to mention this on your advertising of the product, which is actually very ******* and i could take legal action for false edvertising. Secondly the drawing of the Y cable is nothing like whats in the box. this cable is so short i had to unmount my ONT off the wall. This y cable made half my day impossible. I am not impressed at all. However i cant afford a more expensive device and i just hope the power supply amperage from my router is enough to charge this device.
