Makro delivery guys disaster

Makro or should I say delivery services they are using are rude and *********** I ordered with such amount so that I can get my delivery at my door step that's what they are advertising in the online shopping thing.......today I'm being called by courier guy telling me I must go to the police station to take my order and told him I can't he has the decency to tell me tht has nothing to do with him I must take it up with his manager and me telling him I have a small child didn't bother him .......my thing is I spend such amount so tht I can get my things at home bcs I know my situation doesn't require me to move around since I HV a new born and now I need to spend extra on a taxi. And what I find strange my last order was delivered now what is different with this 1
