Makro delivery *************

Makro is an ************* company that do not comply with their promises. I placed an order 4 months ago and still up until 2nd of April 2025 I have not received my parcel or a refund. Not one customer care consultant can assist, all they say is that it will be escalated for 4 months!! I phoned multiple times and emailed multiple times and NO RESPONSE.
