Makro delivery disappointed me
I ordered wine glasses that was delivered damaged. I have send 3 emails and I have phoned 4 times. Stil I have not received any progress nor communication on my package. ***
This entire experience with Makro receiving a damaged package and not receiving a new one or not even being informed on the progress has been negative.

No use in calling as the 5 times I have phoned, I get the same response that the branch will be in contact with me that never happened.
Because of @marko my wife’s Christmas gift will be late, if it arrives one day?!?
