Makro Delivery bad experience

I have been experiencing issues with my order since yesterday i have calling non stop to Makro center and store My order was supposed to be delivered yesterday i had 3 deliveries in order only 2 I received yesterday The other one it’s marked “ delivery failed “ when I call the driver he said he call me when he didn’t call me then he said he will take the order back to Makro when I call Makro they me stories till now there’s no communication from them no sms no email on gutter instructions they just not helping at all I have to leave to tomorrow with items but they not helping

I even asked to collect they tell me stories I don’t know what to do anymore You guys don’t know how to handle these deliveries

I wish I bought from Takealot rather
