Makro delivery and packaging

I received my order in the worst of state. Olive oil opened and dripping in the box. The same box had cleaning detergents and salty crackers. Everything is wet from the olive oil. They didn’t bother to at least bubble wrap the oil. I have called the Germiston Makro all morning, I have been onhold. I ordered online and it was packaged at the Germiston Makro. I have sent pictures and I haven’t received a response.
