Makro delivery

Hi I am so disappointed with Makro Online #MAK*** - I placed an order #MAK*** on the 30th of November 2024 and I was advised that Some of my items will be arriving separately, for operational reasons. Ok cool, on the 31st I received an SMS that my order will be delivered on 02/11/2024. On the 2nd the delivery was made however 3 items were missing and the drivers advised that they were only given the parcels they have. I couldn't contact the store to report the matter as the delivery guys came very late it was close of business already.

Today the 5th I contacted makro and I was advised that some of my items were out of stock and the other product shows dispatched. MAKRO is not updating i had to use my own airtime to call them. this is so frustrating.
