Makro delivering defective equipment.

I bought a baby walking ring from Makro on the 31st of Dec 2023 online, it was delivered with no wheels. I've been logging requests (Telephonically and WhatsApp) to get assistance in getting the wheels delivered and have had such terrible service and gaslighting from Makro that a month later, I still don't know if they'll send the wheels or replace the unit. My nephew will start walking while watching the walker being a display unit at this rate. For R1200 on a walking ring, I expected better. They don't even deserve the one star. I don't care about the walker anymore, I can buy it elsewhere, Give me my money back!!!!
