Makro Deliveries

I bought a TV from the Strubens Valley store and the delivery of the TV has ruined what was a great sales service. I paid for the delivery and it is now been 3 days since the initial delivery date stipulated on the delivery note but I still have not received the TV. The staff handling this have been rather unprofessional. I have had to follow up up and they keep making promises which have not been kept.
